Recording artist, songwriter and producer Armando Jimenez (Complex) was born December 5, 1990 (Age 24) in Sacramento, California. At the age of nine he was able to compose his own music and sing while playing the piano.
Complex grew up with music in his blood. Though raised by both parents, Complex was inspired by his father Jose who was a professional vocal piano performer and older brother who mastered the sound of composing music. Complex would soon embrace both talents and create the magnificent music in which he creates today.
After twelve years in the music industry, Complex has shared the stage with legendary artists including E-40, Baby Bash, Kid-ink, Jhene Aiko, Problem, Adrian Marcel, and countless others. He has received music production credit in over fifteen R&b/Hiphop albums. Complex is also featured in the film industry for being the original score producer for three feature films.
On March 16, 2009 Complex released his E.P titled “All Or Nothing.” In 2012 he released his first studio album titled “Better Late Than Never.”
Currently an independent artist, he relies on a crazy daily grind, only working with a small; tight-nit team. With many releases slated for 2015/16, he is staying very busy bringing sensations that are becoming instant favorites.
